Maulana’s response to “Innocence of Muslims”

In the light of the violent protests worldwide against the film ‘Innocence of Muslims’, Maulana speaks about where we have gone wrong by such barbaric behaviour. Not only have we portrayed Islam in the worst possible light – as a merciless beast, – we have also spread the filth of one shaytan’s act, from East to West. Worst of all, we have opened the Door to the harshest claim a Muslim can ever face on Judgement Day, upon ourselves by violating the rights of unbelievers – indeed, such a claim will take away the most precious jewel from your heart, leaving you in abject despair in the Court of Allah. Every Muslim must read this Suhbah! Continue reading

Entering time of Sayyidina al-Mahdi (as) – the vital importance of Green!

Maulana says that we have entered the time of Sayyidina al-Mahdi (as), and the following are commands that are of great importance, for those who are aware of the great dangers which are approaching, as well as for those seeking the never-seen-before Divine Power Openings, that are gradually being revealed to believers. Just last month, Maulana spoke of the power unleashed by a single recitation of Surah al-Ikhlas and of Surah al-Fatihah.

Now, the command for Muslims is to distinguish themselves from non-Muslims, so as to be under Divine Protection, and the Door to that Protection, is given in these two Suhbahs summarised below. Maulana spoke of the beauty, importance and protection brought about by wearing and using green items, about why we should avoid red, the importance of keeping ladies apart from men, the dangers of staying in big cities, and an opening for the oppressed ones to use Divine Power of takbir for their protection. Continue reading

The tragic end of Osama bin Laden

Osama bin Laden has been a controversial figure in the Muslim world. Some view him as a true Islamic warrior, others, as a murderer and terrorist. Is his death that of a martyr or otherwise? Maulana skillfully dissects Osama’s actions and motives, explaining to the mureeds a very important lesson as to why Tariqah is so important, for it is the only means of subduing the Ego. Maulana says, we are all servants – either to our Egos, or to our Lord. One who returns to Allah as a slave to his Ego, has lost his honour, forever.

This is perhaps one of the most important Suhbahs ever Summarised, it is for anyone who seeks to know what religion is really all about. The aim of religion is so simple, so fundamental, but shaitan has distracted us from the true destination – it is like a student who enrolls in the best University, who goes to campus everyday, and participates in so many campus activities (like Sports, Social work, running the Campus newsletter and standing for elections on the Student Council etc) – he does everything, except study, and in the end he fails his examinations.

Today’s believers are doing just that – they are aimlessly going through the motion of performing the religious rituals, but they are not tasting or feeling anything real, for they have left out the most important ingredient of the meal. Food without salt is tasteless, just as drinks without sugar is. Each time we have whip up a gourmet meal, shaitan ensures that we forget the salt and sugar. Because religion is so tasteless today, people are seeking to taste from the enjoyment of dunia instead.

Read this Suhbah slowly and with a real desire to understand what has gone wrong in our lives. Maulana has laid out our most important struggle in religion, clearly for us to see.

May Allah bestow us all with understanding and wisdom, ameen! Continue reading

The Sad Song of the Flute

From a simple flute performance, Maulana unearthed secrets of the mystical separation of the ray of sunlight from the Sun, the epic story of Man’s quest for Unity Oceans, having been thrown into a world of darkness and confusion, of duality and multiplicity. The Soul cries out in anguish at having been torn away from the Source, and seeks a way back to attain the much awaited eternal union with the Beloved.

Maulana also masterfully explained the marked difference between those who addressed their attendees from the mind, as opposed to those who spoke from the heart, and he warned mureeds from sitting in the dark company of the former. Continue reading

Four Divine Orders for all Mankind

We have entered a long tunnel that will lead, via the Armageddon, to the arrival of Mahdi (as). Maulana says, “We are passing through a very difficult tunnel. You can’t imagine the fear and the terribleness of that tunnel through which people must pass in order to reach the time of Mahdi (as)! Cleanliness is a main condition for being protected. Dirty ones will never be protected as they are put in the dustbin and taken away. Try to be clean ones with clean minds, clean hearts, clean bodies, clean tongues, clean work (source of sustenance), and clean intentions! If not, like garbage, you will be taken away. Who becomes unclean cannot be at the time of Mahdi (a), when there will be no more unclean people; there will only be Paradise people at the time of Mahdi (a) and no more Hell’s people, they are finished! May Allah grant you to be Paradise people, and forgive me.”

So only Paradise-bound ones will emerge from the end of this Tunnel of Subjugation! Read the four Orders that were revealed by inspiration into the heart of our beloved Warner, and make the necessary changes that you must, in order to survive the unfolding events. Continue reading

Fear not, Allah is with us

We are in darkest of times now, the Akhir Zaman, a time foretold in every ancient text that will see the worst of human behaviour emerge. Man has become drunk, he has declined to an animal-like lust-filled existence. There is little pity or kindness left in his heart, and there are so few in existense now who are honest and responsible. Man is no longer ashamed to walk around naked and openly defiant; killing and fornication no longer raises an eyebrow. Today, we are being swarmed by the enemies of faith, both the seen and unseen. We have slowly returned to the Days of Jahiliyya, the Days of Ignorance, which was what the Prophet (saw) faced at the outset of his mission.

When Prophet Muhammad (saw) and his small band of hapless followers were persecuted incessantly and viciously in Makkah, they were Divinely inspired to seek greener pastures in Madinatul Munawwara, about 450km North of Makkah. The Prophet (saw) undertook this arduous journey with his closest Companion, Sayyidina Abu Bakr Siddiq (ra), and this Migration, or Hijrah as it is known, marked the start of the Muslim calendar, so significant was its impact on the spread of Islam then.
Despite being pursued by violent enemies bent murder, and despite having the entire world against them at that time, the Prophet (saw) never lost hope in Allah’s help. As they hid in Cave of Thawr, a Quranic Verse, revealing that Prophet Muhammad (saw) had said, “Fear not, for Allah is with us,” to his beloved Companion, was made known.
In this Suhbah, Maulana reminds us from that verse, that Allah is with us, and by uncovering a hidden meaning in one Quranic verse, he reveals that there are 5000 Turbaned Angels poised to descend in support of patient believers, so we must never fear these seen and unseen enemies, even if we know that they have at their disposal, means far beyond ours. King Abraha, with his invincible Army of elephants, marched unstopped towards Makkah, to destroy the Holy Ka’aba. Allah made an example of him and his Army, as a message of hope to heart of believers. So, we must do as Allah says, “Fear not men, but fear Me.” Continue reading

The Secret to becoming a real Mureed

In this Suhbah, Maulana revealed how each human Soul was dressed in the most beautiful of clothings of Servanthood on the Day of Promises, but so many humans have discarded these Robes of Honour in favour of seeking temporary worldly honour, denying their servanthood to their Lord.
Everyone wants to lead, and this has led to the united Ottoman Empire becoming the fragmented array of Muslim nations it is today, each of which ironically ruled by a dictator who has turned his back shamelessly on the Holy Shariah. Divine slaps will rain endlessly on these nations, until they submit and unite under one Sultan.
This dis-unity has spread even to Tariqah followers, who have of late been involved in name-calling and repeated skirmishes, despite all being under the tutelage of one Shaykh. The Prophet (saw) said, “You will not enter Paradise until you have faith, and you will not acquire faith, until you love one another.” If we cannot love one another, how can we be believers, let alone fellow mureeds?

The only Way Up, is to head Down

Despite being a weak creation, Man believes he is powerful because of the technology, knowledge, army and resources he possesses.
Shaitan is always pushing Man to follow in his cursed footsteps – that is to claim superiority and to look down on others, just as shaitan did to Adam (as).
Tariqah on the other hand, teaches Man the opposite – to become nameless, forgotten and humble ones, just as Maryam (as) prayed in the Quran. In the words of Maulana, “Tariqah trains you, to accept to be Nothing.”
It is so sad that today that, even those within Tariqah, have forgotten this ultimate aim in their journey, and many of them are busy looking down and condemning other Muslims spitefully; they feel superior to their fellow seekers who are on the same journey and so many mureeds are at loggerheads with other mureeds. This has bred a disease of Shaykdom – everyone wants to be a Shaykh, every wants to be noticed, everyone wants to hog the limelight – but no one wants to be the humble mureed, the unknown servant or the forgotten follower. The journey to Sainthood is the latter, but so few tread that path today. Continue reading

Oh People of Egypt, bring back your King!

As the violence and tension in Egypt escalates, the rest of the Arab world looks on apprehensively. Believers view every incident, whether it be the Category Five hurricane that hit Queensland on the last Wednesday of Safar, or the ominous signs of the fall of dictators in the Middle East, as part of Allah’s signs heralding the approach of the Day of Judgement, and the fitna’ associated with the end of times.

Part Two of Maulana’s address is directed towards the Egyptian people. In this revealing address, speaking from the inspirations he receives from the Saints of the Golden Chain, and from the Awtad (Pillar Saints) of Egypt, Maulana outlines the underlying causes of the entire problem. and the steps the citizens must take, to save themselves and their embattled nation.

Do read carefully, ponder over the gems Maulana dispenses and disseminate the information fully, especially to any Egyptians you may know, for it could help save lives, it could help salvage lost Souls. Continue reading

Maulana addresses Egyptians – Oh Scholars, Leaders and Protesters!!

Maulana Shaykh Nazim gave a series of Special Suhbahs to address all layers of society in Egypt. Religion is advice, and it is especially needed at crucial moments like this. Maulana addressed the ulama’, the Leaders, the Protesters and finally the entire nation. We have divided the entire address into two parts for easy reading.

Part one of Maulana address to Egyptians is to Scholars, Leaders and Protesters. In this very special address, Maulana extracts from the Holy Quran, a series of beautiful and relevant Verses, that provide guidance in these dangerous and trying times. He speaks from the advice of the Saints from the Golden Chain, and from the Awtad (Pillar Saints) of Egypt.

Do read carefully, ponder over them and disseminate the information fully, for it could help save lives and save Souls. Continue reading

Stunning Quranic solution to the situation in Egypt

On the 27th of October last year, Maulana announced that all dictators would fall this year. Recite Hasbunallah Robbunallah, he said, and Allah will remove the fear from your hearts, and the dictators will instead flee in fear. Few believed him, for these tyrants have held onto power with an vise-like grip for many decades, oppressing their citizens into submission. In an uncanny turn of events, the Arab world’s dictators now stare exile in the face, as their citizens’ fear seems to have mysteriously evaporated into thin air. Maulana speaks out strongly against protesters who resort to violence and destruction to make their point. There is no need to even lift a finger, Maulana says, if we follow the teaching of a particular Verse in the Quran. And if the citizens realized the actual reason for them being thrust under the yoke of tyrannical dictators, they will be stunned! Read this fascinating Summary, and spread the message to all whom you know in the Middle East. Continue reading

More revelations about the Chilean miners: 22nd December 2010

In this second part of the Chilean Mining trilogy, Maulana was interviewed by CNN News and FOX TV one day apart. During these interviews, Maulana explained that Allah had created this incident to destroy the foundations of disbelief. How the miners survived under such trying conditions, and how Maulana had connected to them from so far away, defied human logic and cannot be explained by any material philosophy. This is a proof of faith and Spirituality, and the ultimate proof was when two of the miners, came to Cyprus, to meet the one they had seen when they were trapped. There, they kissed his hand, sat at his feet, and wept tears of joy, unable to explain the intense familiarity they felt with Maulana, and unable to explain the peace that had enveloped their hearts. Taking Islam as their religion at the hand of their Spiritual Saviour, they gave their allegiance (Bay’at) and took Muslim names. The inevitable spread of Islam and Spirituality to South America, has begun. Continue reading

Maulana’s poignant meeting with Chilean miners: 19th December 2010

In this first of three parts concerning the Chilean mining saga, Maulana meets the miners and shares invaluable lessons on Spirituality, Love and Faith. Maulana’s genuine love for these complete strangers shines through unequivocally, and that in itself is a beautiful example of what Islam is truly all about. This miracle is a triumph of Spirituality over the cynics, it proves that a weak one, on an island in Cyprus, was able to connect to those in distress, thousands of miles away, and thousands of feet below the surface, and help them through their arduous ordeal. It is a slap in the face for those who reject faith. Continue reading

Special Suhbah for Habib Ali Al-Jufri: 23rd November 2010

In this very special Suhbah, Maulana spoke of the need to always be with Allah, and of how GrandShaykh Abu Yazid Al-Bistami (qs) was yearning to hear his name called by the Divine on Judgement Day. Though we are all covered in Mercy, being part of the forgiven Nation, we must strive to be amongst those closest to Allah, by shedding our animal-like attributes. Those who return like animals, will be placed in ‘stables’. Only clean ones, with Heavenly, Angel-like attributes, are accepted in the Divine presence. So while the animals remain in the stables, the clean ones will be invited into the Palace to have an audience with the King. Rasulullah (saw) said, “I was sent to perfect the human conduct. Allah has educated me, with the best manners.” Continue reading

Why the Crusaders failed to conquer Jerusalem: 19th December 2010

This Suhbah explains a fundamental principle which must accompany every practice of a believer – sincerity. It was upon the warped intentions of the Crusaders – to murder believers as well as to pillage, plunder and desecrate the Holy Land of Jerusalem – that Allah punished them with failure and humiliation. Due to the compassion and justice of Muslim rulers, Christians and Jews have always been protected under Islamic rule, their communities flourished and they were afforded rights and dignity. The same cannot be said when Muslims fell under their rule – history is a witness to the atrocities that have been inflicted upon the Muslim community. Without a Sultan leading the Ummah, Muslims are cut off from Divine support and honour. Maulana also spoke on the two types of questions that we must avoid, and importance of asking questions that benefitted the entire Ummah. Continue reading

Higher education doesn’t always lead you higher: 16th December 2010

Maulana tackles the thorny issue of people who spend many years pursuing higher education. He explains the need for Muslims to seek out jobs that are in demand – even though these may be the blue-collar, less glamorous avenues of employment. Honour in Islam is in seeking halal rizq; there is no greater honour in being a lawyer, as compared to working as a plumber, yet people nowadays shun such manual jobs, due to pride and ignorance. What is the point of being an unemployed graduate? So much that is taught in University today is irrelevant and of no benefit to society. Maulana has three interesting suggestion for graduates of this type of knowledge. Continue reading

Shaykh Abdul Hamid was asking Maulana, what should we do to protect ourselves, our children, our families, and our loved ones, as we approached these last days. What must we do? Where must we be? How can we be prepared for the coming chaotic events? Step by step, Maulana dished out practical and sombrous advice concerning what we needed to do in these uncertain times, the most important of which is to return to our homelands, to move away from the crowded city life, and to maintain good relationships with all neighbours, be they believers or non-believers, locals or fellow migrants. Do not frown: 13th December 2010

Only a tyrant disrespects Rasulullah (saw). Allah Himself has placed Rasulullah (saw) on a pedestal, so who are we to disregard him? By increasing our love for Rasulullah (saw), we increase in faith, lights and Stations. A tyrant is one who objects to Divine orders. We have been ordered to fight the tyranny of our egos and to open our eyes to our own short-comings. Tyrants are always displeased with their Lord’s Will and unhappy with their fellow Man’s actions, so their faces are always showing displeasure, and their inner dirtiness emerges as an ugly scowl on their faces. Maulana says, smile always, and do not frown at others. Continue reading

This fourteen question interview brought forth candid answers, frank replies and deep insights into a human being’s journey to His Lord. As usual, Maulana did not disappoint, dishing out such a width of knowledge and wisdom, in his succinct, yet simple, replies. Wearing a Black Turban: 9th December 2010

Every Sunnah of Rasulullah (saw) is a light in our lives, the more Sunnah that we can practice consistently and sincerely, the more light and blessings descend upon our dreary lives. It is sad that Muslims now emulate and idolise the Western way of life, even when such a lifestyle has no blessings and no basis in Shariah. How can we discard the teachings of our learned ones, and instead, trust the opinions of those who have no understanding of Islam? We must honour and follow the olden ways taught by our learned ones, and reject new ideas from the practices of those who reject Islam! Continue reading

Living in a Palace: 4th December 2010

In this Suhbah, Maulana explains the dangers of shaitan’s incessant whisperings, and how shaitan always plants in our hearts the desire to seek, strive for and attain dunia, whereas dunia is but a fleeting pleasure. In doing so, Man has taken the advice of the cursed enemy, and abandons his eternal hereafter for this temporary worldly pleasure. So many Kings have occupied majestic palaces, yet where are all these Kings today? Death is our common lot, and we will leave everything in death. Continue reading

Patients must be patient: 13th November 2010

Maulana says that we must seek natural cures, even though it may appear to take longer to show an effect, as natural cures have no harmful side-effects. Just as diseases take time to develop, it must also take time to be cured, so it is best to exercise patience, instead of seeking an instant cure by popping pills or getting a quick jab. Different parts of a plant can provide aid for differing ailments – the bark, roots, stems, leaves, buds, seeds, flowers and fruits – all have different properties. And these can be dried, boiled, juiced or simply taken raw – there are so many ways to extract the goodness contained within them. An example of an excellent natural cure is the black cumin seed: Rasulullah (saw) said: “There is in this black seed [black cumin seed] a cure for every illness, except death.” Continue reading

Be careful where you plant the seed: 12th November 2010

True knowledge is only from the Qur’an. The rampant spread of teachings that deny Allah’s existence, pushes Man to the bottomless pit of faithlessness. We must be careful what our children learn, for once this unbelief takes root, the child grows up to be one who lives to seek gratification of his desires. Drunk with seeking pleasure, he abandons the pursuit of true honour that Allah wishes to grant Man, he abandons the worship of Allah Almighty, he turns his back on Servanthood, and he never understands the purpose of his short stint in this world. Why Sayyidina Yusuf stepped forward: 10th November 2010

“Every task must be entrusted to one who is cut out for the task. When a post/position/portfolio/job is entrusted to one who is not an expert (not qualified) at executing the task, it is a sign that Qiyamat is near.” Would you allow an unqualified doctor to perform surgery on you? His intervention will not solve your problem, instead, such an incompetent surgeon will add to your illness, and may even cause your death. In today’s world, people of ability and merit do not often get the post they are meant for. Instead, unqualified and unscrupulous ones are vying for coveted posts in government and management, they bribe, campaign, promise and lobby their way to the top. We each have a Divinely given task for which we have been programmed for. Sayyidina Yusuf (as) performed a mind-boggling task, something that he was able to do because he had been equipped with Divine help. Continue reading

Maulana congratulates all rubbish-collectors: 5th November 2010

Why is all of Mankind, from East to West, collecting this dunia? Why is everyone running to collect heaps of rubbish (for that is the reality of this world’s treasures)? Even a heap of gold in dunia, is in reality, a heap of rubbish! Like dogs furiously chasing the elusive rabbit, Man goes out to work everyday with the dream of finally snaring the prey he seeks. Maulana says that dunia is what we flush down out toilets, that is the reality of the ‘treasures’ of this world! This is a generation of people, who believe that their goal in life, is to collect as many heaps of rubbish and as much sewage, as humanly possible! Every human being is an empty-headed one, if he is running after dunia. Maulana cried out, “Congratulations to you who have happily acquired filth as your life’s mission. You have become a rubbish-collector, congratulations!” Mankind has become blind, obsessed animals, rushing to rubbish-collection centres, incinerators, sewage plants and dumps – all greedily stuffing themselves with filth and excrement. Islam honours Women: 30th October 2010

It is not permitted to the Sun to catch up the Moon, nor can the Night outstrip the Day: each (just) swims along in (its own) orbit (according to Law). (Quran 36:40)
The Sun and Moon each have their own orbits, each has its own unique journey and role, each has been equipped for that specific Divine duty that it has been created for. Similarly, men and women have been created and equipped differently and uniquely for their respective duties. Just as the Sun cannot do what the Moon does or vice-versa (the Solar System would be in chaos if it did), men and women must follow the Divine roles they have been designed for. Once they try to move outside their ordained ‘orbits’, chaos will descend upon their lives, as we are seeing right before our eyes, today. Continue reading

Some people skip prayers, because they are unable to get time off from work. “They will fire me from my job if I pray,” they say. Don’t fear those whom you work for, instead, fear Allah. Let them fire you. Maulana says, it is better to make your boss angry, than to make Allah angry! Some people take comfort in the fact that their countries lie outside the earthquake zone, or that they do not lie along the hurricane belt, or that they are not in the tsunami strike zone. Disasters are sent by Allah, they are not random occurrences due to ‘nature’! Maulana says, each disaster is a precise punishment from the heavens, that claims its victims by Heavenly order, so don’t take comfort in being far from a potential disaster zone. The advent of typhoons and hurricanes, earthquakes, landslides, tsunamis, floods, political unrest, deadly diseases and marital conflicts, are signs of Allah’s Anger towards Man intensifying. Saints are hidden during Winter: 24th October 2010

We are now at the end of Winter, during which the Tree of Islam had been laid bare, leafless and fruitless. Faced with a journey devoid of tasteless, humans flocked to seek gratification by drowning themselves in this worldly quagmire. Led by diabolical ‘guides’, many generations of youths have been vaccinated until they have become immune to piety and guidance. With such unprecedented honour, we should be in an eternal prostration of thankfulness and ecstasy. The purpose of Maulana’s Suhbahs, is to invite us to Him. Short snippets of Advice: 21st October 2010

Allah said: ‘Oh My servant, obey Me, and I will raise you to become a Divinely one (Robbani), and when you say ‘BE’ to a matter, it shall be!'” To become a Divinely one, study these 500 Suhbahs that Maulana has given! Maulana said that attenders had been given more (knowledge) than they asked for, they had reached the limit already. Like a person who has eaten his fill, he cannot eat any more until he has digested what is in his stomach. And once a person has digested his food, he becomes hungry again; only then is it time to serve him food once again. If he eats more food while he is still full, everything gets mixed up within his stomach, and he will not derive any benefit from the extra food that he is trying to force down. So it is only logical, to digest the food in one’s stomach first, before asking for more. Continue reading

Life is sweet, which is why no one wants to die. Even an ant, Maulana says, if you chase it and attempt to kill it, it will run for its life, as it wants to continue to exist and taste the sweetness of existence. Even an ant knows Who brought it into existence and it recites tasbih, glorification of Allah, for it is thankful to have been created out of nothingness, and been brought into existence to taste life’s pleasures. The Art of War – Know your Enemy: 17th October 2010

The aim of every Prophet was to destroy evil. We must have the same intention too, to destroy shaitan and his diabolical representatives. But shaitan has cunningly turned Man against each other, so that they are no longer fighting him. By getting Man to forget this main aim, shaitan ensures that each man lives with bitterness and hatred to his fellow man. Maulana is calling all Muslims, Christians and Jews to return to their respective Holy Books, and to return to the original aim of our lives in dunia. Don’t fight each other – that teaching is from shaitan. Instead, fight shaitan – that teaching is from your Lord! We are to always remember that shaitan is indeed, a cruel and despicable adversary. Return to Him as a servant, and He will honour you like a king: 14th October 2010

There are only two categories in life. There is the Creator, and there is the creation (servants). Since you are not the Creator, you must be the creation, the servant! If you are not acting as a servant, that means you are acting as the Master! Allah is displeased with those who do that – Allah has no partners. In this chilling Suhbah, Maulana warns of impending disaster for those who refused to arrange their lives, according to what was brought by the Prophet (saw), for the Way of life brought by the Prophet (saw), is what is pleasing to Him. Nowadays, we are living as we please, not as He pleases. Maulana sees dark clouds on the horizon this Muharram, and warns of a flood of fire, a flood of blood – Divine punishment for those who continue to defy Allah. Continue reading

Be always aware of your approaching death: 9th October 2010

Death is a constant reminder of the hereafter, and we are asked to keep this reminder, by visiting graves. Keep advising the family about the certainty of death, and strive for true conviction and belief (yaqeen). One who has it, will be propelled into Paradise, but one who has no conviction, will become a ride (mount) for his ego and for shaitan. Continue reading

Change your aim! 7th October 2010

Maulana Shaykh Nazim spoke about how death follows us like a shadow. He also told a beautiful story of how a powerful King, Ibrahim bin Adham (qs) had an encounter with Divine inspirations whilst he was deer-hunting, which caused him to completely alter his life’s aim, till he became the King of Sufis. Continue reading

There is a Pharoah in each one of us! 6th October 2010

Allah says, “Ya Muhammad (saw), if I am giving the same opportunity to all the Children of Adam, as I had given to Fir’aun, they would all have become like him!” we are like him in many ways, that, like him, we desire absolute power, we secretly wish to be idolised and ‘worshipped’, we desire to be emulated, to be the centre of attention, to be the main attraction, to be the one everybody admires and bows to, to be the dominant Master. We are as egoistic as Pharoah was! Continue reading

Love one another and spread the Azan, 5th October 2010

“None of you will truly have faith, until he loves for his brother, what he loves for himself.” Maulana said, “Write this Holy hadees with golden letters, and look at it constantly! One who ignores his neighbours, cannot acquire true faith. Forms small Communes of believers, help one another, call out azan and pray together. Muslims must unite, regardless of their race and nationality! That is our honour. Continue reading

Are you of any value, in the Divine Presence? 4th Oct 2010

Maulana spoke about the value of Man – what makes him valuable and what makes him worthless, in the Divine’s Judgement. Maulana quoted the story of Habil and Qabil, the two sons of Sayyidina Adam (as), to illustrate his point. The adulation and admiration of humans do not add anything to the value to your worth, so seek what will truly make you valuable eternally. Continue reading

No other Ummah was given Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim

Each Prophet had been bestowed the use of Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim only briefly and only during life-threatening moments during their lives. After each incident, Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim was lifted back up to the heavens, and their Ummahs did not receive this verse as a gift for themselves.
We are the only Nation (Ummah) granted Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim. We are so blessed, for we are the Ummah of the Beloved of Allah, and He has given us Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim as a gift for the Ummah of Habeebullah! Continue reading

Don’t bring pride, when you meet Allah

The dirtiest filth the shaitan possesses is pride! Mankind has inherited that terrible characteristic of iblis today (which caused his downfall) – arrogance and pride. People of our times seek to share in this characteristic of iblis, they are proud of all that they achieve and administer. We must cleanse ourselves of this sickness in our Souls. 21st century people are proud ones, Maulana says, prouder than Namrud or Fir’aun ever was! Continue reading

Those who seek to please Allah are on Siratal Mustaqeem

Man claims that he is now at the peak of advancement, having harnessed the full potential of technology. A hundred years ago, technology did not exist. Today, we have reached the peak, there is nothing more to achieve, so Shaytan makes Man busy trying to invent theories for many nonsensical matters. What is the point of knowing what size of teeth a T-Rex had? Why should we try to guess the age of the Universe? What is the benefit of knowing the composition of a star a billion miles away? By immersing Man in the pursuit of useless, meaningless and nonsensical knowledge, Man forgets the most important duty he has here on Earth – to understand the reality of his purpose of creation, his status and his journey to his final destination. How a flute produces beautiful notes

Allah had created each human being as a unique entity. Each creature has been given its own special individual tasks and duties – hence every human being has a responsibility towards His Lord Almighty. Look at how Great and Magnificent Allah is – the Lord has given each creature a special and unique existence, and He is the only One who understands the real identity of every created being. No two humans have identical personalities or responsibilities – each one is special, everyone in mankind is 100% different from the next human being. Continue reading
