Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

Our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam said in a ḥadīth: “Allāh ﷻ honors the person who forgives even though he’s been wronged. And the person whom Allāh ﷻ honors will never be humiliated.” This is what is important. To be honored and valued in the sight of Allāh ﷻ is what a person, a Muslim, should desire. Of course, injustice has existed since old times, it has always been there, but it has been much more prevalent in the end of times.
Now, throughout the world, they teach good as bad and bad as good. The unjust are considered right, and the righteous are considered unjust. But this is not important. In the Hereafter, when the Day of Judgment and Reckoning comes, everything will be revealed, everything will be clear. The unjust will receive their punishment, and the righteous will receive their due. At that time, the unjust will be humiliated, and the righteous will be honored in the sight of Allāh ﷻ.
Therefore, in this world, one must always stand with the righteous. Committing injustice is not a skill. So you can say, “I’ve done this, it’s over now,” and they might not catch you in this world, but you have nowhere to run in the hereafter. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to be with the righteous, to stand by the righteous.
Of course, there is much injustice in this world; shayṭān wants to use this to destroy your good deeds and thawāb. “You gain nothing by standing with the righteous. Let me help this person so I can gain something along with them.” There is no such way of gaining. The real gain is in what is with Allāh ﷻ; you gain if you engage in deeds that Allāh ﷻ loves.
The world has been a place of tests from the very beginning. For this test, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla sent prophets; scholars have shown, and Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla taught everything through those teachers. All this is so that people may know good and evil. People will be held accountable accordingly, and will give an account of it. If they are good, their end will be good; If someone is evil and thinks, “No one in this world could catch me, I got away with what I did,” they will surely be caught in the Hereafter, may Allāh ﷻ protect us.
This situation has been the same from the time of our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam until today, and it is even more prevalent today. Many deceive people, many lead people astray. But Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is with those who are on the right way. Allāh ﷻ helps those who stand with the righteous and those who progress on the right way. No matter how much the other person says, “I have won, I have achieved,” it is of no use.
May Allāh ﷻ protect us. Let us not stray from the truth, let us be among those who uphold the truth, in shā’a Llāh. May Allāh ﷻ not let us follow our ego, may He ﷻ not lead us astray from the right way, in shā’a Llāh.
Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq.
