Not Honoring Him ﷺ Means No Iman

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

May the month of Sha’ban be blessed today. Our Holy Prophet ﷺ says, “It is my month.” Sha’ban Sharif is the month of our Holy Prophet ﷺ, and it is a holy month. It has a lot of Barakah, because Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla created this universe for the honor of our Holy Prophet ﷺ as a gift. The glory of our Holy Prophet ﷺ is high. Who doesn’t know that harms and oppresses himself. The more you honor our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, the more benefit you have.

The mercy of our Holy Prophet ﷺ is for all the Ummah. Our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam had invited his family to Islam at first. All of them had gathered in one place, and he ﷺ invited them. All of them were accepting. But his ﷺ uncle Abu Lahab stood up and said bad words. He prevented all of them from becoming Muslim. Certainly, most of them became Muslim afterwards. But Abu Lahab didn’t become Muslim. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla wrote that he belongs to hell in Qur’an ‘Azimu sh-Shan. Who doesn’t honor and respect our Holy Prophet ﷺ will have a bad ending. May Allah ﷻ protect us.

Allah ﷻ has given an example to people. Even if it is his ﷺ uncle, if he doesn’t honor our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, he belongs to hell. Therefore, for people to know this for sure, Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is showing his bad condition in Qur’an ‘Azimu sh-Shan, the eternal book. Why? Because he had caused suffering all the time and prevented people from doing goodness and good deeds. They were prevented from following him ﷺ and attaining goodness. This is on his shoulders forever until Qiyamah.

Some people are like this nowadays. Those who don’t honor our Holy Prophet ﷺ have no Iman no matter if they are Muslim or Kafir. They are without Iman. It is possible they say they are Muslim with their tongues. But they have no Iman. Shaytan is showing and creating Fitnah for people of this time. He says “Beware of honoring the Prophet ﷺ. If you do so, Allah ﷻ will punish you, as he ﷺ is a person just like you. You will make Shirk. You will go out of the religion.” This is the trick of shaytan to take away people’s Iman. May Allah ﷻ protect us.

We should do as much as we can to honor our Holy Prophet ﷺ in this holy month. We should make more Salawat. For each Salawat, our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says he ﷺ responds to us. Our Holy Prophet ﷺ says, “You give Salam to me, so I give Salam back to you.” This is a great profit. We must not miss it. We should make Tasbihat and Salawat as much as we can insha’Allah. May Allah ﷻ bless this month. May He ﷻ make it the means for goodness. May we have strength of Iman. And may our love to our Holy Prophet ﷺ grow. The more it grows, the more beneficial it is to us. May Allah ﷻ bless it. Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.

There are recited Khatm Sharif, Tasbihat, Tahlilat, Salawat, Surahs and Ayat. We gift all of the good deeds firstly to our Holy Prophet ﷺ, his ﷺ Ahlu l-Bayt and Sahabah, souls of all Anbiya, Awliya, Asfiya and Mashayikh, souls of our late relatives, souls of Muslims and Mu’mins. For goodness to come and the evil to be gone. May all good goals of those who have recited be reached. May they have strength of Iman insha’Allah. May they have Barakah. May they be happy here and hereafter. Li-Llahi Ta’ala.
