Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

“هُوَ الَّذِي يُسَيِّرُكُمْ”, “Huwa Al-Ladhī Yusayyirukum”, “He it is Who enables you to walk on a way.” (Qur’an 10:22). Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
“وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ”, “Wa Huwa Aa’la Kulli Shay’in Qadīr”, “And He is over all things competent.” (Qur’ān 57:02). Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allāh ﷻ guides you as He ﷻ wills; whatever you do happens by His ﷻ will. The will of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is above all of us. There is good in everything for the believer; he must know this. He must thank Allāh ﷻ for being on the way of Islām; thousands of thanks, millions of thanks be to Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla.
Because He ﷻ did not lead onto other ways. May He ﷻ make us remain steadfast on this way, in shā’a Llāh. May we keep on this way until our last breath, in shā’a Llāh. Because He ﷻ has led other people onto other ways.
There are those who are fortunate (Ahlu s-Sa’ādah/ People of Felicity), and those who are wretched (Ahlu sh-Shaqāwah/ People of misery). Ahlu s-Sa’ādah are those whom Allāh ﷻ has led to His ﷻ way. Ahlu sh-Shaqāwah are those who have gone on the opposite of that way.
Yesterday, shukr to Allāh ﷻ, we visited a place (Iznik) where a significant event occurred, an event that led the felicitous to wretched misery. After that, they became enemies of the way of Allāh ﷻ. They went down the way of shayṭān.
What was it? They abandoned the way of Sayyidina ‘Isa and went down the way of misguidance. We went to the place where they denied Sayyidina ‘Isa’s prophethood and declared him God – that was an event that happened 1,700 years ago.
That’s the place where they expelled those who were on the right way, killed them, silenced them, burned their Injīl (Gospels), and erased all their knowledge and information. They erased it, but it certainly exists; the truth will doesn’t disappear.
Therefore, we must make shukr to Allāh ﷻ that He ﷻ does not lead us astray from the right way. Because shayṭān is not idle. Just as he led them astray and made them worship idols, he is leading people here astray and making them worship shayṭān, making them worship their own egos.
May Allāh ﷻ protect us. This is certainly what Allāh ﷻ wants. But those who are on the right way should also make shukr and not stray from it, in shā’a Llāh. May Allāh ﷻ never lead us astray from that way. The way of truth is the way that Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla has bestowed upon us.
Through gratitude, blessings remain perpetual. And this is the greatest blessing, and we must constantly make shukr for it. Shukr to Allāh ﷻ for the favor of īmān. Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, in shā’a Llāh.
May these holy months be blessed upon you. May our īmān be strengthened even more for the honor of these months. Islām alone is not sufficient for mankind; īmān is necessary. Īmān is necessary along with Islām.
What is īmān? Believing in the unseen. There is a group now that is leading everyone astray. They don’t believe in the unseen. They say, “It can’t be like that, it can’t be like this. He’s dead, there’s no benefit from him. He was this, he was that,” not realizing that they themselves have gone astray, and are leading others astray as well.
May Allāh ﷻ protect us from their evil. May Allāh ﷻ strengthen our īmān, in shā’a Llāh. Wa min Allāh at-Tawfiq.
Al-Fatiha.
