BismiLlahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim
“اللَّهُ نُورُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ”
(Qur’ān 24:35)
“Al-Lahu Nūru s-samāwāti wal ard”, “Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth.” Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Light belongs to Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. He ﷻ gives it to those who believe. They take from His ﷻ light. He ﷻ created this universe from the light of our Holy Prophet ﷺ. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla created everything.
People who don’t have Iman don’t have light. The light is the sign of Iman among people. It is the condition of Iman. You can’t find it in people without Iman. They can be black or white or anything. But when they are Mu’min, even if they are black, their faces shine brightly with the light of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla.
He ﷻ gave this thing for people to believe in this world as well. But those who don’t believe are unaware of it. Only Mu’mins are aware, because Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla informed us with our Holy Prophet ﷺ about light being with believers. How would unbelievers know about light? They live without knowing anything. It is not meant for them. And those who are given must make Shukr.
It is good to be like believers. Who imitate believers take from their light. That light leads them to happiness. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is the creator of everything. He ﷻ has wisdom and everything. He ﷻ created people to believe in the Ghayb (hidden). Believing in the hidden gives people light. That light will protect them in the darkness of Akhirah. And it will protect them in this world with the permission of Allah ﷻ.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla created everyone to believe and wants it. But people – There is something called partial willpower which is from wisdoms and secrets of Allah ﷻ. His ﷻ secrets and knowledge are not even close for our imagination to approach them. Therefore, Allah ﷻ doesn’t oppress anyone. He ﷻ gives to whomever wants it. He ﷻ has given willpower. And with that willpower and wisdom – We don’t know what that secret is. Whoever asks may take it.
There are people who make excuses saying this and that. Their excuses are fake and have no value. Ask for light. Mawlana Shaykh Nazim used to say to ask for light in his last times. Ask for light so that Allah ﷻ gives light. Light means Iman. It means goodness and beauty. May Allah ﷻ give us all from that light insha’Allah. May He ﷻ enlighten our hearts, all of us. Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq. Al-Fatiha.
There are recited Qur’an Khatms, Tasbihat, Dala’il al-Khayrat, Salawat, Ayat, Yasin, Surahs. We gift them all firstly to our Holy Prophet ﷺ, his ﷺ Ahlu l-Bayt and Sahabah, souls of all Anbiya, Awliya, Asfiya and Mashayikh, Alims and ‘Ulama, Muslims and Mu’mins, Sultans, especially our Shaykh Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim, souls of all of our late relatives. May the good goals of those who recited be reached. May their Iman get stronger. May they be happy here and hereafter. May there be strength for our Iman. Li-Llahi Ta’ala l-Fatiha.
Al-Fatiha.
