Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

وَفَوْقَ كُلِّ ذِي عِلْمٍ عَلِيمٌ
(Qur’ān 12:76)
“Wa Fawqa Kulli Dhī IlminAlīm”
“But over every possessor of knowledge is one [more] knowing.” Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Over each knowledge and each scholar is a greater scholar superior to him. Of course, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is greater than all of them. Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla’s Knowledge is infinite. Now, humankind claims to have achieved the greatest level of knowledge in all of history, but that is wrong; knowledge is infinite.
The knowledge they acquire is not even a speck of dust. It is nothing compared to Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla’s Knowledge. They think they’ve instilled artificial intelligence or unartificial intelligence or whatever else into machines, and they’re amazed, saying, “How is this possible? How did that happen?” But this is nothing.
Compared to Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla’s knowledge, it’s not even a speck of dust. Even a speck of dust would be something immense. The knowledge of Allāh ﷻ, the things He ﷻ has given, are not even a dot. There is no limit to the Majesty of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla.
People think they have accomplished something with these things, they assume something. But it has no value whatsoever with Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Even comparison is impossible. Comparison with Allāh ﷻ by saying, “Allāh ﷻ is so much greater than us, and we are so much smaller,” is not even possible. Because His ﷻ Existence is the essence. Our existence is nil; non-existent.
The only One who truly exists is Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. We must submit to His ﷻ Majesty and Power. We must submit, we must surrender. It is said, “Aslim Taslam”, “Submit, and you will find salvation.”
Otherwise, it is pointless for humankind to boast arrogantly, “I am a great scholar, I have so much knowledge. We are so advanced.” It is only beneficial when they surrender to the Knowledge, Power, and Majesty of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Otherwise, it is nothing.
We shouldn’t be surprised by this knowledge, this worldly knowledge. Knowledge is knowing Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Without knowing Him ﷻ, this is nothing. He who attains the grace of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla in his last breath is the winner.
Many so-called highly intelligent, learned and knowledgeable people lose their minds and everything else in their final days, may Allāh ﷻ protect us. What benefit did this knowledge do them? Nothing. What is beneficial, as we said, is submitting to the Majesty of Allāh ﷻ, entering Islām, in shā’a Llāh.
May Allāh ﷻ grant that beauty to people, in shā’a Llāh. Wa min Allāh at-Tawfiq.
Al-Fatiha.
