Put Your Ego On His ﷺ Way

A‘ūdhu BiLlāhi Minash-shayṭāni r-rajīm. BismiLlāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm.

Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla created both goodness and evil. He ﷻ created the opposite of everything. There is night and day, good and evil, goodness and badness, obedience and disobedience. People with mind are on the good side. They are together with the good. Not with dirtiness but with cleanliness and purity. They are with beauty, they stay away from ugliness.

Ugliness is disobedience and badness. And that is shaytan. Beauty; the most beautiful person that Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla created is our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. Who is with him ﷺ attains all kinds of goodness. Who is against him ﷺ never has any goodness. Allah ﷻ gave mind and willpower to mankind. Therefore, be with the beautiful ones. Don’t be with ugly and bad ones. Stay away from them.

Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is inviting you to paradise. Shaytan is inviting you to poverty, sadness, badness and all kinds of useless things. Stay away from him. But the ego wants more badness than goodness, it wants more ugliness. Don’t obey your ego. You can train your ego. You can control your ego. Therefore, even if the rest always seems better for your ego, don’t obey your ego. Make your ego obey you.

Go on the good way, on the beautiful way of the beautiful person who is our Holy Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam, and you will be saved. Otherwise, you won’t have goodness. May Allah ﷻ  protect us . There won’t be any goodness in the end. May Allah ﷻ not separate us from the right Way. May we see the beauty as beautiful and not ugly, because who obeys his ego sees the beauty as ugly and the ugly as beautiful. May Allah ﷻ protect us.
