Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الرَّزَّاقُ ذُو الْقُوَّةِ الْمَتِينُ َ
(Qur’ān 51:58)
“Inna Allāha Huwa Ar-Razzāqu Dhū Al-Qūwati Al-Matīn”
“Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong.” Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is ar-Razzāq. People wonder and ask what will happen later, not now.
“A few years from now, all these people won’t be needed. Tools and machines will do the job. Apparently, there won’t be a need to even think. They’ve developed something called artificial intelligence. They’ll do everything with it. What will people do next, what will they work, how will they make a living?”
Well, the person who asks this question should be a normal person. People of ṭarīqah, a believer, a person who has īmān should know that ar-Razzāq is Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Even if the entire world became copper, the earth became copper, or the sky became iron, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla will give each his rizq.
He ﷻ is ar-Razzāq. You must believe in that so that your rizq will come. Even if there isn’t even a drop of water, your sustenance will still come. Everything that exists, everything that doesn’t exist, is in Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla’s knowledge, power, and will.
Falling into this doubt is due to the weakness of īmān. May Allāh ﷻ protect us. Therefore, let them do as much as they want, still, rizq is not in their hands but in the Hand of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. You will receive whatever your sustenance is.
If your sustenance is done, then even if the whole world is yours, you still wouldn’t eat a single morsel more, or drink a single drop of water, or breathe a single breath. That is the decree of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla.
There is no need to fall into doubt about how we will live this life, how we will do so. There is no need because Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla has guaranteed it. Whatever your sustenance is, you will receive it.
No one can stop it. Neither that artificial thing, neither artificial I don’t know what, cotton. In the past, they called cotton “artificial”. Now they call intelligence “artificial.”
Therefore, there is no need to worry. Believe in Allah ﷻ, turn to Allah. “فَفِرُّوا إِلَى اللَّهِ”, ‘Fafirrū ilāLlāh’, ‘So flee to Allah.’ (Qur’ān 51:50). Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla says, “If you flee, flee to Allāh ﷻ. Turn towards Allāh ﷻ.”
The believer will be at ease. The disbeliever is in a situation of constant anxiety, bewildered, wondering confused what to do.
May Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla grant us all this beautiful īmān, in shā’a Llāh, and strengthen our īmān. Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq.
Al-Fatiha.
