Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

وَرَحْمَتِي وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ
(Qur’ān 07:156)
“Wa Rahmatī wasi’at kulla shay’in”
“My mercy encompasses all things.” Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla says, “Allāh’s ﷻ mercy encompasses everything.” The door of mercy, the door of forgiveness, is vast.
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla has made it so vast and wide that people can enter through that door and attain mercy. Allāh’s ﷻ mercy is the greatest benefit to people.
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla opened that door so that people could benefit from it. And until the end of time, just before qiyāmah, that door of mercy and forgiveness remains open.
No matter how sinful a person is, no matter how much evil they have committed, they can repent to Allāh ﷻ and enter through that door.
This attribute of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is unique to people; it is open to them. It is open to the Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ, giving them the opportunity to repent.
But those people reject it and continue to do evil. They continue to rebel, they continue to be stubborn, and after that, their end is bad. They benefit nothing in this world.
There are shayṭāns, people who are worse than shayṭān in every way. Shayṭān is poor compared to them. There are such people, such evil people. They do not want Allāh ﷻ, the Prophet, religion, or īmān. They want nothing.
What do they want? They want their own pleasures and desires, to do whatever their ego desires. There is no benefit to them. They will burn with that evil forever. They are preparing that evil for themselves, that bad end.
Therefore, do not flee from the mercy of Allāh ﷻ. Do not flee from the mercy of Allāh ﷻ, but run to Allāh ﷻ. Run to the mercy of Allāh ﷻ; those doors are open.
Benefit from them, do not think of them as evil. Some people see things in this world and are deceived. It is like the mirage in the desert.
They mistake it for something, for water, and rush to it, but after that, they attain nothing, and perish there and go. May Allāh ﷻ protect us.
If a person dies by the actual mirage in this world, it’s nothing. But if he is deceived by the mirage of this world that is for the main life, the hereafter, and rushes to it, and he ends up there, then it is very bad.
Ma’āza Llāh, he will not be able to save himself forever. May Allāh ﷻ protect us. May we all be included in the mercy of Allāh ﷻ and not run away from it. May Allāh’s ﷻ mercy be upon us, in shā’a Llāh.
Wa min Allāh at-Tawfiq.
Al-Fatiha.
