Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

Our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says in the Ḥadīth Qudsi, a ḥadīth said by Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, “كُلُّ ابْنِ آدَمَ خَطَّاءٌ”. Every son of Adam is a being who sins. All mankind make mistakes, faults and sins the most. Because, except for prophets, all humans make mistakes and have flaws. There is no person without flaws. Everyone has mistakes, flaws and sins.
Prophets are rare – because they had already been sent for a certain time. But in general, people sin and make mistakes. And Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla says, “I am The Forgiver. Let them ask forgiveness and I will forgive them. No matter how many sins they have, let them seek forgiveness from Me, and I will forgive them.”
There is no human without sin. That’s why, people sometimes think, “I’ve committed many sins, no matter what happens, from now on even if I do good, it won’t work.” There’s no such thing. The blessed word of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is open to everyone as a mercy for humanity. The door of mercy, the door of forgiveness is open. Until the end of time, until the sun rises from the west and sets in the east, that door of forgiveness remains open.
Therefore, no matter how many sins you’ve committed, Allāh ﷻ forgives you. We must ask Allāh ﷻ for forgiveness every day. Because when one asks for forgiveness, sins are changed into good deeds. Because you asked forgiveness, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla erases them and puts rewards and thawāb in their place.
The grace and generosity of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is infinite. Mankind does not appreciate this. He doesn’t value it. Yet, the true value lies there.
May Allāh ﷻ forgive us all, in shā’a Llāh. Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq.
