A Heart Full of Love for Allāhﷻ

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm:

“بِقَوْمٍ يُحِبُّهُمْ وَيُحِبُّونَهُ”,

“Bi-qawmin yuḥibbuhum wa-yuḥibbūnahū”, ‘People He will love and who will love Him.’ (Qur’ān 05:54). Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘aẓīm. There are some people, men who love Allāh ﷻ, and Allāh ﷻ loves them too. This is the important thing. Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, this is our Shaykh’s way. To make us love Allāh ﷻ and Allāh ﷻ loves us too. This beautiful thing makes us men. That’s it. May Allāh ﷻ raise his rank. Throughout his whole life, he wanted to teach this to people. To make them love Allāh ﷻ. When they love Allāh ﷻ, Allāh ﷻ loves them.

The person who loves Allāh ﷻ wins. He wins everything.This world is not important. What’s important for them is the love of Allāh ﷻ, the love of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. That love is the most precious thing. People can learn it from anywhere, but you need a person, a man in front of you to show you this way.

Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, our Shaykh Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim taught this to the whole world. Whoever learned this has won. Thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, millions of people are going on this way. Their rewards also go to our Shaykh, Shukr to Allāh ﷻ. People who are guided through his means are written in his Record.

Therefore, this is a big door, the door of our Holy Prophet ﷺ. People who came to this way were chosen by Allāh ﷻ. It is by the will of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. He ﷻ opened their hearts, and put them on this way. If not for the will of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, you couldn’t be on this way. Some people waste their lives and go without ever going on these ways. And some hold onto a way just because that way will benefit them in something. That way becomes a broken way. And it becomes worse. Everything they do becomes unnecessary, and their deeds go in vain.

Therefore, people who are on this way are the people chosen by Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. There are millions of people, billions of people. Among them, the chosen people are few. They have been granted that. It has not been granted to others.As we said, this way is the way of love of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, the way of affection. “الْحُبُّ فِي اللَّهِ وَالْبُغْضُ فِي اللَّهِ”, “Al-ḥubbu fī Llāh wa l-bughdu fī Llāh”, “Love for Allāh ﷻ and hate for Allāh ﷻ.” [Hadith].

It is to love for the sake of Allāh ﷻ, and to hate for the sake of Allāh ﷻ. Whom do we hate? We hate the shaytan and those who are with the shaytan. If they leave shaytan; there are some who do so. Just because you were with shaytan, the Door of Repentance is not closed, it is open. If you repent, you will attain the love and affection of Allāh ﷻ. That love will save you too.

When Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim was sick, he said that if you say this, you will be saved from shaytan. “Subhānim Allāh ﷻ, Sultānim Allāh ﷻ, Nabim Muhammad ‘alayhi s-salām.” Shaykh Efendi said that if you said this, you will be saved from shaytan. This means believing in Allāh ﷻ and loving the Prophet ﷺ; which means salvation. So this door has not been closed yet. It is open for everyone. It also shows the greatness of mercy. The door is not closed to anyone. There’s nothing as “You are in Hell. You are in Paradise.” What’s important is that after repenting and coming to the right way, everyone will be saved from hell with Allāh’s ﷻ permission and will enter Paradise with Allāh’s ﷻ permission.

May Allāh ﷻ be pleased with him and may his rank be high. Shukr to Allāh ﷻ, his Himmah (support) is continuous. His Karāmāt are continuous. It has not been cut, and it will not be cut insha’a Llāh. This way is a continuous way. The cut way is not good. This is not a way that ends. It is a never-ending way insha’a Llāh.
