Strong Through Belief

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

“يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَن يُخَفِّفَ عَنكُمْ ۚ وَخُلِقَ الْإِنسَانُ ضَعِيفًا”

(Qur’ān 04:28)

“Yurīdu Allāhu ‘An Yukhaffifa Ankum ۚ Wa Khuliqa Al-‘Insānu Đaīfāan”

“And Allah wants to lighten for you [your difficulties]; and mankind was created weak.” Ṣadaqa Llāhu l-‘Aẓīm.

Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla created man weak, He ﷻ says. He ﷻ wants to lighten man’s burden. His burden is lightened by the commands given by Allāh ﷻ. Therefore, mankind’s weakness is strengthened. When he is with Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, his weakness turns into strength. If he opposes Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, his strength will become weakness; it will be of no use.

Human being is the weakest of all creatures in terms of body. Any animal, insect or so can do many times more what a human can do. For example, even if you think of the simplest, the ant: it can carry things that are ten times heavier. If mankind carried half of it, he can’t go half a kilometer, not five kilometers. The ant, with its body, would have gone a hundred kilometers. Allāh ﷻ has given it that much strength. But He ﷻ created man weak.

If you think of other animals, they are the same. Also in terms of running, jumping; Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla has given animals strength in all kinds of things. He ﷻ created man weak. He ﷻ created him weak, yet mankind is causing so much destruction. His ﷻ wisdom cannot be questioned. If He ﷻ had created him like this thing, if He ﷻ had given him strength, no one would be left. Neither Jinn nor animals would remain on this earth.

Therefore, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla created man weak but also gave him mind with this weakness. If he uses it, it will be beneficial for him. Most people use the human mind not for good things but for evil, for harm. That’s why, dunyā has reached its end. If there isn’t the one who will save it, they would eat each other up.

But shukr to Allāh ﷻ, Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla says the Muslim, “لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّهِ”, “Lā Taqnatū Min Raĥmati Allāhi”, “Do not despair of the mercy of Allah.” (Qur’ān 39:53). He ﷻ says, don’t fall into hopelessness. Our hope, shukr Allāh ﷻ, is our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu alayhi wa sallam’s blessed, truthful, true saying, “In the end of times, a man will arise from my generation who will cleanse the whole world.”

It will be upon justice. All this filth and dirt will be cleansed. There will be no more problems. There will be no more wars, there will be no more fights. There will be no more evil. There will be no more perversion. This is surely near in shā’a Llāh. It is our Prophet ṣallá Llāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam’s prophecy.

Prophecy means seeing the future and telling it. All of it appeared, only a little remains, in shā’a Llāh. In shā’a Llāh we will reach him. It won’t be long. Because we are in a time when oppression has reached its peak, but it’s rising even more, it’s rising even more.

But no matter how high it goes, eventually every high has a low. That too will happen in shā’a Llāh. May Allāh ﷻ grant us those days, beautiful days soon, in shā’a Llāh. Wa min Allah at-Tawfiq.

Al-Fatiha.
