The Last Ten Nights

Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

Tonight, we enter the final 10 nights of Ramadhan, the most blessed time of the year.

These are the Nights of Liberation from Hellfire. As such, do recite the following abundantly:

“اللهم انك عفو تحب العفو فاعف عني”

“Allahumma innaka afuwwun tuhibbul afwa fa’fu annee”

“O Allah, You are Pardoning and love to pardon, so pardon me.”

It is also the most important 10 days, where we perform the Sunnah of iktikaf and seek Laylatul Qadr, a night better than a thousand months.

We are to seek it on odd nights, but it is best if you can stay up on all the nights.

Additionally, do recite Surah Al-Qadr seven times each night to seek the blessings of Laylatul Qadr.

May Allah accept our worship, answer our prayers, forgive our shortcomings, and grant us the rewards of the blessed nights ahead.

Ameen!
